Server Load Average??

Hi All,

If my Server Load Averages are 26.31 28.02 28.66, does that mean I need to upgrade my server?

It is on a dual xeon 2.8 with 1 gb or ram.

Tell members to go else where .. LOL just kidding, whish i had that kinda traffic. I am not really sure much can be done. You might want to try and ask Eva for suggestions, probably be better then here in the Chit Chat forum.

There are features in VB that you can turn off to lower the load, do a search on that as it might help. Even thought your loads are so high the forum still loads rather quick.

You could split the database and webpages onto separate servers and/or add more RAM.
