I'll add asmallorange.com is a good site for a small vbulletin board. Their servers are at The Planet, so you'll get excellent ping times in the US. Customer service is excellent as well.

Do you have a specific budget? I can suggest sparkservers.net they are cheap, and reliable. I am NOT advertising since it is forbidden I am merely suggesting a good ISP that I recently switched to after experiencing a multitude of problems with Interland.
