How do i change the colors

How do I change the background color of my forums.

To explain further:

As we know that forum has two colors:

if was to post something then the background color will appear to be as "Light Blue"

and once someone reply to the same post then his\her background message will be in "dark blue"

Now my question is ..How do i change the background colors to "aqua" and "sky blue"

what should I enter in Table background 1 for "Aqua" color

what should I enter in Table background 2 for "sky blue" color

and can you PLEASE provide me a list of "codes" for all colors...

You can get a list of colours in Frontpage 2000 or Dreamweaver 4.

Put these in:

Table 1 background: #33CCCC
Table 2 background: #33CCFF

Hope these are right.
