Hello
I have a problem with my hosting company
They are not responding to my e-mails when I need support.
They don't answer my phone calls.
I am lost now...
I need to move to another hosting company but the problem is that the domain is booked under the host company name.
I have been trying using all type methods of contact (e-mails and phone calls) but they dont respond.
What Shall I do?
I am in a deep problem.
The domain name will expire after few days...
What Shall I do......Please advise.
Thanks

you should always be the person listed on your own domains.
I'd tell you to try and transfer it, but if you are not listed as the admin contact, that won't work...plus you can't transfer domains that are about to expire.
You need to get in contact with them. Not what you wanted to hear...but that's about it.

This is why you should never have a domain name provided by your hosting company. They either won't respond to you because they know you want to change host, or they will lock yoru domain.
Places like www.godaddy.com (http://www.godaddy.com) sell domain name for cheap and you retain total control over your dns.
Then hunt for a host which actually provides support (basic rule of thumb, you get what you pay for with a host)
As for your current situation, theres not much more you can do but hope they will answer your support tickets and do what you ask them.. If i were you, I'd go buy a second domain right away (.net instead of .com maybe?) and tell all your users to go there when the primary domain name expires.

Who is the host?
All you would need to do is see who your domain is registered by Enom maybe they will sort you out. http://www.whois.sc/
Type your domain, and look what the ICANN Registrar is

Let's me ask you 2 question:
First : Since you are going to move to a new host, do you have a new server setup ready for the move and are staffs at new hosting company willing to help u move all the data?? If u dont, pm me i will give u some decent hosting that I know and 100% u will be sastisfy.
Second: If your domain is expired soon and u can't contact the one who register ur domain, just wait until it expire and then go to godaddy.com and register again under ur name.
If u need to know anything else, just ask. I will help u as much as I can

Contact the data center where the hosting company is a member off and issue a complaint about them regarding niglect and request them to release the domain name as it is your property.

First: Yes I have registered with a new hosting company and I have paid the money as well. But we can’t move to the new server because the domain information is with the current hosting company who are ignoring my support tickets and calls...!
2nd : since the domain information is with the hosting company, I expect them to re-book it and start to ask for additional money if I want the domain back..!!

Whats your domain (website)
If your domain is not locked, you could just go to namecheap.com and transfer the domain but your email must be listed and working on (whois.sc) or it will not transfer, if you cannot do this the only way is to contact Enom http://www.enom.com/ - Inform them what has happened and they will change your nameservers or give you access to your control panel / their maybe a charge
