My members can not post ?

I just purchased and installed vbulletin... the problem is members can not seem to post in my forums...

I haven't messed with anything like that yet ? so why can't members post ?

DO you have that option set in the registered user group? URL?

thanks for the reply... i forgot i set it so that registered users need to confirm the email address and activation url ...

another question i have is with the display of forums and categories...

my board is at http://www.animeboards.net/forums/

Right now i have it so it's

Category 1
- Forum 1
Category 2
- Forum 2
Category 3
- Forum 3

Is it possible to have

Category 1
- Forum 1
Category 2
- Forum 2
Category 3


But where Category 3 is an active link to a page with
Forum 3 in it ? So Forum 3 is only visible from within Category 3 ?

I have see it done with UBBs i think.
