This will be pretty brief, but I've meant to post this for a while & hadn't gotten around to it until now.
I moved my forums hosting from Lunarpages over to F5Hosting a couple months back. (search this forum if you're not familiar w/ Lunarpages, basically don't use them)
Have been extremely pleased with the availability / stability of the forums on F5, the ease of use/maintainability, and most of all the support/service. Michael at F5 was extremely responsive and helpful.
My forum is not exactly large (a little over 1000 users), don't have stats on max users online, but I'd guess 50-100.
Smooth sailing with F5 and it is a perfect fit for my needs. Can't compare to any other hosts but I've been very pleased.
I actually found F5 through some posts on these forums, I think there was another user in the same boat as me (displeased with Lunarpages), so I followed & haven't regretted it at all.
One of the other nice things about switching is that I finally migrated from vB 2.x to 3.x as long as I was changing. Very easy since I had shell access at F5 (which I didn't at LP).
Cheers,
dan
