i did, i received the confirmation from paypal, but no email from vbulletin. also, when i tired to signup at this forum, i used the same email as my paypal, but i didnt receive the confirmation, only when i signed up again using my gmail address did i receive the confirmation email. Is there some reason your sendmail software maybe doesnt like my domain ? I got the email from paypal ok so I know its working.

If your paypal account is: pixull@yourdomain.com, then that's where your License information will go.

Actually here's a question for you...how did you pay PayPal? Via eCheck or by Credit Card?

Which payment option did you use? If you paid out of your PayPal funds then the sale goes right through. However if you pay using the PayPal "echeck" system. i.e., the order is funded directly from your bank account and not directly from your PayPal balance, the PayPal callback system does not contact the vBulletin server to confirm the order until the funds have been cleared. This may take up to 6 working days before the sale goes through.
Also, check your PayPal email address. This is where the license info will be sent when the order is completed.

If it was not an eCheck then the order was done within a few minutes and the info was sent to your PayPal email address. If you don't see it, this may be because your spam filters are blocking our license emails. You will need to check your spam folder.
If you need further help, send your PayPal Transaction ID to sales@vbulletin.com

hi,
I am not using any spam filters, I am accessing by webmail. I told my host of the problems, incase they had any spam filters turned on. and they said
"I have also had problems with vbulletin. for some reason they have blocked our server"
My email is working totally fine, but no email from vbulletin is coming through. I even had to email sales form my gmail account, as the autoresponce, with the link to say the email isnt spam didnt arrive at my @pixull.com account. I guess if you guys had blocked the server im hosted on that would explain why. Is there any reason its blocked? can it be unblocked ?

We have not blocked any servers. As I said if you need further help, send your PayPal Transaction ID to sales@vbulletin.com.
