How do you recieve it?

Is it on a CD/DVD or do you have to download it onto a host from your server?

You download the software from the members area.

what does that mean?

Could I download it onto a zip drive or my hard drive and then upload it onto my host later on.

You could back it up along with any other files you would back up in case the hard drive has a serious burp.
