VBulletin Tech Support Turn Around Time?

Hope this is where I can ask this....

I just bought another forum software (yes...I see my mistake :o)...the tech support is snail like. I like to ask about the VB's tech support turn around time....is it 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 24 hrs or more?

We have various members from various countries who are online at various times. As far as I know we are reachable 24/7/365.

Our average response time is posted in public on our main web site and its usually below 30 minutes, and on busy times below 2 hours. Our goal is to answer within 12 to 24 hours officially.

I was actually talking about when I submit a "support ticket" -what is the turn around time? Are you offering "support tickets" or..?

Average turn around time for my tickets are around 30 mins to 1 hr, but as they said, they're trying to aim for it to be done within 12 to 24 hours officially speaking.

If you're talking about who I think you are, then I can assure you that there is a world of difference between the two.
I know, cos I moved over here a month ago after 3 years in the other place.
I initially bought a leased licence, then upgraded it to the owned licence a few days ago.
So I'm here for good. Get vB and you'll see what I mean.
