for some reason i cant access my admin control panel i have checked the password and it is correctand my status is admin,
what else can i do

in your download zip file fo rvb 1.1.x you should have a folder called extras which as a getadmin.php file use that to retrieve/reset your admin access

i dont have the files on this pc as i paid for installation and cant retrieve the file via ftp as its not there

i have downloaded the files and used the getadmin file but it is still not working i keep getting this message
