Suggestion: A "Mark as read all posts" feature ?

It would be nice to have a "Mark as read" feature so users would be able to Mark as read all posts whenever they want.

It's not really that possible with this design, unless you want to fake it and have the script just force an update on your cookie.

Actually, that would definitely be possible, although not on a per forum basis - it would have to be for the whole board at once.

(Ed: it would just involve updating the lastvisit field in the user table)

I'll add that to my to do list.

That's kinda what I was hinting at when I said "force a cookie update" - I forgot vB saves that stuff in the profile (yay!).

But a per forum mark all read, a la EzBoard, is clearly not possible. :) I don't like that format anyway...
