Hello

Anybody compare that ? Which one is prefer ? Which one is the advantage intensive servers...

And also EVA suggestion ?

Try using mmcache, if you don't have problems with it, stick with it.

mmcache and eaccelerator are essentially the same thing, eaccelerator is a branch of mmcache. Development stopped on mmcache so somebody decided to branch it off into eaccelerator (it was open source) and do some updates (for newer php versions.) I dont think you'll seem much, if any difference in their speed.

One thing to think about is Turck doesn't work well with php 5. Although most servers aren't using php 5, the move will come (probably when the control panels upgrade to it). eAccelerator does work with php 5 and at least there's folks trying to keep it updated for newer php versions.

Those who have TurckMMCache installed it's just best keep it as is. Those getting new servers might want to use eAccelerator, as it'll keep up with the changes. But it's a personal pick for now.

Whatever the choice, it's better than the alternative (stock Zend Optimizer).
