Hello vBrat,

Actually, we can't tell you if a person's web site licensed or not, but thank you for the piracy report. I have added the URL to our anti piracy database and we will soon investigate it (and take any appropiate action if needed).

We take piracy very seriously so we appriciate the concern and report. However, in the future please report suspected sites that run vBulletin unlicensed through this URL: http://www.vBulletin.com/piracy.php

Honestly, I've been getting various reports from this scriptz person contacting people through PM, email and IM services. As always, I suggest to ignore people regardless what they claim.

To protect the privacy of the suspected web site (for all you know he is actually licensed) I've removed the URL from your first post.
