As for your journal I have some hints. But just like you I am not extremely good at English.

If you mean with journal=diary here is some tips.

Since it is about beatifull you could write something down each day. Like what do you think about matter related to being beatifull and what are your deep feelings about being beatifull inside. Then you might find sources to your journal. So you read something about being ''hot/sexy'' and what it made you think.

I needed to do similar thing and for me it went quite well. But teachers are different and you could try please that teacher by writing about something that she likes or then you could try something shocking and as original as possible.
