What features are left out of vBLite?

I can't say for sure, since I own the full version, but if you can point me (or anyone else) to an install of VBLite, then we might be able to tell you some stuff.

My guess is that a lot of it is in the customization of the script, maybe the member list, some other cool stuff like that.

The most noticable thing gone is user accounts.

I could be wrong, so don't quote me on this, but I believe John said that there was an upgrade script in the works. I might be going totally looney, but I think I remember reading that at some point.

Yeah, I remember seeing that somewhere here too, just can't remember the exact thread. It makes sense to do that though, when you think about it, so I can't see why he wouldn't.

Also, how is it that you have the same banner on each of your pages, do u have a special arrangement with a company for a permanent banner or what?

Oh, finally, is it true that because this BB uses mySQl it does not therefore count as part of most people's webspace?
