Hosting with good customer service?

www.vizaweb.com offers phone based help... also they are very cheap ($$$ wise) and they have awesome support too

This is what is stange about all the recommendations on this site for vizaweb. They say they don't have any busy boards on their semi-dedicate pland that cost $30 a month. How can they be getting so many recommendations from this site if they don't????

In a support/sales email, I asked vizaweb in an email:
"Do you have any large vBulletin sites on your semi-dedicated hosting plan so that I can view to see the size and speed of the board?"
Answer:
"No not that I know of. The busiest site we have on one of those plan is bellablumaternity.com. They gat about 50 connections per sec."
email back to them:
"I want to make sure I understand, are you saying you do not have any busy boards on your semi-dedicated hosting plans?"

"Not that I can think of off the top of my head."
