HELP - I need a dependable web hosting site

I have a group that only has like 100 ppl in it-
We currently pay like $55 every 6 months -
Problem is here lately when you go to it it is constantly saying
Server down, ect.
NOT to mention it is rather hard to figure out how to join the group, ect.

We are ready for a change but not sure what direction to go in-

Can anyone give where we can move to - I dont mind us paying a little more if we do NOT have sooo many problems-
Since it is not a business or profit group however we cant afford to pay ALOT per month ....

Friend; reading that it sounds to me like youre already hosted with Vizaweb.
Take no notice of whats been posted above ;)
