Unable to change password

Hi,

The system wont allow people to change passwords. They get sent the password link, get sent the numbers but then are told they dont have access to the page that changes it one of their choice.

Also I noticed that all of my imported members are not in the User Group of the AdminCP but when you look at their profiles they are all in COPPA.

Should I be changeing them all over to registered users and if so how do I do that?

"got my new password and using it now to login and post with my old user_name - however... i cant edit my password, help me, it says i cant access that page, or any page for that matter, i can view the boards and post here, but i cant actually do anything in "my space", i cant change my profile, add an avatar. change my password - which is what i really want to do, coz right now its a bunch of numbers and i will never remember it!"
