I appoligize if I have posted this in the wrong area.

We have just recently bought vb and have switched over from phpbb. We have imported our post's and member's. I have figured out how to get so that the post's show but when we imported the member's they didn't go into their own rank's that we had over on our other forum. They are all lumped into imported user's with some member's actually having the name imported in front of their alias.

Is there anyway to fix this. It is too hard to do it manually as we have over 3200 members.
Please help.

Thank's.

I don't know if 'ranks' get imported. Nonetheless from the Importing HOWTO (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=116398):

Thirdly, most importers will import the usergroups or create a default import usergroup, this is so you can check the users being imported and manage them accordingly, to move users to the default "Register" group in vBulletin, delete the import group they are in.

Finally, check the permissions of your moderators and the forums. As all boards different to varying degrees, only so much information can be imported as values in vBulletin will not exist in other boards so they will be left to default.
