Bought Out Competition

We just bought out another board who was our competition. Its a VB board and i am curious as to how we can bring in all the posts and members.

is this possible?

You can use the Impex system to import data from another vB forum:

what will happen if:

uids are the same

or


user names are teh same?

Imported users get a new userid. You can associate users of the same name during the import process. Otherwise ones with the same name will have 'imported_' added to the front of their name.
