.php3 extension

For those of you who are having trouble with the .php extensions (scripts not running, being told php is not installed, etc), I have uploaded a version with .php3 extensions.

If you install this, you must ALWAYS download future versions with .php3 extensions, unless you want to get through the templates and replace all .php3 with .php .
