Asian Language Packs?

Looking for asian language plugins for VB... Specifically

Chinese
Japanese
Korean

I have looked but can not find any... Lots of discussion, but no place to get (or it is in these languages which I can't read)... Some of my users are asking, so I am trying to add this feature....

The 'sticky' thread at the top of this forum lists the Langguage packs that are available (including Russian.)
