Impex Blank.

Hey there guys, So i got vbulletin working fine, and then followed all the directions for installed Impex to the "t" and now i get the Import/Export option in the Admin CP but when i click on it I get a while page. No errors no nothing just a white page, well the right hand sie still has the Admin Cp list but that's it? any ideas? i have checked and reched the impex settings int he config file and i assure you they are fine, also i know they are uploaded in the right spot?

Check that there is no extra white space in your impexconfig.php after ?> or before <?php and all of the other files got uploaded properly and in full.

there are no white spaces, i just followed the same instructions again on this time on a differenet web server i have and it worked fine :/ but i still can't get it to work on the origional one.:mad:

Can you enable public phpinfo in your vBulletin options and give us a link to the message board?

I don't see anything that is screaming at me, but php5 with CGI could be the problem. I'll have to let jerry handle this one.

Have you moved out/deleted all the folders in systems that you done need ?

I.e. if you are just doing a phpBB import you will only need

impex/systems/phpBB/

Remove systems/ubb_classic/ , systems/yabbse/ etc etc

What system are you importing from and what source data type ?

hey there again, i am importing from an old discus board that uses flat files :/ so it's a real pain in the butt..

Well that isn't the nicest import to do, though it will get most of it.

I updated the importer today so ensure you have the latest.
