Hi, I 'm a foreign european citizen, and I wish to know if its possible for me to open an online bank account in a USA bank and then to have an international credit card sent to me.

If yes, which bank would you recommend ?

Thanks,
Sharg

I think you'll find it is impossible to do this unless you are residing in the country. You will need one of two things to open a US bank account if you not residing in the country.

1) A US Social Security Number

2) A boat load of money to deposit.

What's wrong with the European international credit cards. you'll also find the US cards have 'dumb chips' as opposed to the Euro 'smart chips'. This means it won't work in European ATM's and other vending machines.

I really don't know why people trust services like these, sure if you find that it is credible...but I am paranoid. If I needed a car from another country for my business, I would establish a business in that country -- for 100% confidence that I have control over everything and it is under my control and monitering.
