Suggestion: Addressable Email Address for a Forum?

Here's an idea.

Would it be possible to associate an email address with a particular forum? For instance: If I sent an email address to "forumname@domain.com".... it could submit the message as a new post?

Not sure if I explained it well enough. Maybe this will help....

Would it be possible to assign an email address to a vbulletin forum in the future? I'd like to have the ability to send a message to a forum through Email (SMTP).

Any ideas if this is even possible with vBulletin?

At the moment, this is not possible, and will not be in the short term at least. It is something that we may look into in the long term.
