In desperate need of a host!

My host kicked me today for excessive use of server resources..

I need a host that can support 30gb/month of transfer and 500,000 page views per month.

At any given time I have between 30 and 100 users online at my forum.

I can't afford a dedicated server..

Any help is greatly appreciated.
