Question about purchase

Hey I already purchased a copy of vbulletin and have installed it on one of my servers. Am I allowed to install it on another one of my servers at a different domain?

vBulletin license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Software on one web server and one web site for each license purchased. Each license may power one instance of the Software on one domain. For each installed instance of the Software, a separate license is required.

What if we bought a lifetime license?

That applies to ALL licenses, regardless if you bought a lifetime or a leased.
