Question before I buy

I am looking to purchase the Vbulletin forum script, however have one important question regarding SEO optimization before I go ahead.



I know VBulletin produces search engine friendly pages to start with and these pages get indexed easily. However what I am looking for is optimization and although the pages do get indexed, they never get a page rank by google.



Having said that I recently came across this forum (http://forums.seochat.com) where they have used mod_rewrite to change the url. By doing so all their threads end with the extension .html for e.g. http://forums.seochat.com/t11537/s.html



I was wondering how easy it is to do this and do you have this mod available?

We do not but there is one at danweb.com and I believe also at vBulletin.org, be aware that these are not supported by us.

They have a PR 0 because there are just so many pages in a forum and the PR of a given page gets split in equal parts for each link on that page. Which means the page probably does have a PR, but so low that it equals 0.
