Not sure if I should put this here, but I just bought vbulletin using paypal. (cost all my money :(). I'm very excited though, and I know it was worth it!
However, aren't paypal transactions supposed to be instant? I got confirmation I sent the money using vbulletin's order form, but I didn't get an email saying how to login, or my login details.
Am I missing something?
Thanks!

Which payment option did you use? If you paid out of your PayPal funds then the sale goes right through. However if you pay using the PayPal "echeck" system. i.e., the order is funded directly from your bank account and not directly from your PayPal balance, the PayPal callback system does not contact the vBulletin server to confirm the order until the funds have been cleared. This may take up to 4 working days before the sale goes through.
Also, check your PayPal email address. This is where the license info will be sent when the order is completed.

Ok, I sent the email with my paypal receipt and stuff.
BTW: Does my paypal account have to be verified with a bank account? Since I'm 15 and my parents dont want to give me access to my own bank account, and setting up a new one would result in monthly fees.. I can't verify it that way.

If you have the necessary funds in your PayPal account it should go through.

This order had already gone through earlier and the license info was sent to your PayPal email address.
I have resent this info to you. If you don't see it, this may be because your spam filters are blocking our license emails. You will need to check your spam folder.

I'm using neomail through cpanel , I don't see a bulk mail folder.
You sent it to refried@takeouttherage.com right?

Yes, the info has now been sent twice to that exact email address. :)

Sigh, I'm so bad at this sort of thing. Is there anyway to access it other than using neomail? I still don't see anything coming up. And I checked an spamassasin is not on, and there are no filters on.
Are there any ways to send it to a different email address just so I can receive the message? I have no idea why it is not working!

You can setup it with a Cpanel, assuming your webhost supports it :)

Should I use email forwarding?
And I know my email is working because my friend just sent me a message, it's just the vbulletin messages don't come through

I had the same problem with paypal. No problems whatsoever with any other purchases via paypal, but upon ordering vbulletin:
Got an immediate receipt, but no confirmation from the vb team with my access details to download the software.
Somebody had to manually set something, once I had posted for technical support, and it was resolved immediately.
Anyway, I hope vbulletin team sort this problem out (unless ours are just rare cases) because it was quite frustrating, and the only bad niggle I've had with an otherwise excellent service.

Yea it is quite frustrating just because I want to get it installed before I have to leave for a couple days. However, I've heard nothing but great news about the vbulletin support!
I hope it all works out as soon as possible =)

Really sorry to double post, but no one replied to my emails.
So is there any solution?

Please don't bump your post until 12 hours later.
Steve will look into this once he gets back online.
The issue is not with our mail server, but it is on your end.
Your hosting provider or internet service provider obviously blocks incoming email from @vBulletin.com

You need to send an email to sales@vbulletin.com from an address that does work. And you need to include all the relevant info concerning your purchase so we can verify this request.
