Is it possible to get a vBulletin 2.3.5 with a vBulletin 3.0.+ cpanel? I like the newer cpanels, but like the older boards better...

No sorry, that is not an option. It's either 2.3.5 ot 3.0.3. There is no mixture.

I dont like the layout and setup of the vB 3, and I like the whole layout and I guess style of vB2... Plus the hacks are more for what I would want. I DO however love the vB 3 admin panel... I want the style manager, and templates mangager and things like that in my panel.... Do they have hacks at vB.org for the admin panel?

If you want the Original vb2 style, there is a style for vb3 that is similar to that here:

I would highly recommend using vB3, as it is much better officient for running communities, lesser loads on the servers, and a lot less queries.

You can look for a vB3 control panel for vB2 on vbulletin.org, but seeing as though that coding job would mean recoding the whole software package, I doubt there is something to suit what you are asking for.

Simply put - no. The features in the Admin CP are part of vB3 and not available in vB2.
