Custom Template Won't Work V1.1.6

I created a custom template to add into the forumhome template and the custom template I created won't show.

It's standard html with nothing special but it just leaves a whole where the template is supposed to go.

You have to add code to interpret the template to a variable -- you can find plenty of threads about this in code hacking.
