Okay so im wondering about purchasing a VB licence..

So lets see a owned licence for 160 or 120 cant remember is that mean i own the vb licence for life no montlly payments or renewals and do i get lifetime updates with that? also paypal can i pay with paypal funds instead of CC as my CC is not seutp with paypal as of now.

The owned license is $160. After the year, the renewal for this access is just $30 for the owned license which gives you thew right to download the latest versions of the software for another year. This is optional and not mandatory. You can continue running your current version as long as you want.

And yes, you can pay with your PayPal funds.
