VenturesOnline.com for virtual hosting

Hi guys. I'm new to vBulletin (swtiching from the other board). I'm also in the process of looking for a new server. I anticipate to have 30 users max online. Does anyone here have an idea the performance of vb on a virtual host at VenturesOnline? Will this be allowed in VO?

VO has a max simultaneous use connection limit of 45 connections on virtual hosting

this does not necessarily equal the same as users on the forum

i.e.

when i have 140 users on my forum i am using only 85 max_used_connections on my dedicated server with VO
