Does vBulletin offer a 'thread syndication' feature?

Does the current version of vB allow for admins to syndicate a specific forum to other parts of the same domain?

What about to other sites of a different domain?

vBulletin comes with the external data provider. You can turn that on for the types javascript, XML and RSS. You can find it in the global vBulletin options section.
