Hi Guyz ...
I 've been Using Your Apps For A Long Time Now ... It's Pretty Cool and i have to admit it's hard to find sth to add to it, but, i suwould like to suggest sth to you ... you now when a Moderator delete a thread ... if the user disagree with can't know who's right so it would be great to make a backup of deleted thread or posts, only for the admins and, if the admin agree , he will be able to erase the thread/post definitely from the database ... and it will prevent the eventual conflicts or resolve them very quickly ;)
I think it could be a good idea ... now say what u think about it :)

We created a forum called the recycle bin where we move deleted posts.

same here. We got a forum called "Graveyard" where we bury deletable threads, and only admins can access it :)

Here we have a forum called 'recycle bin', but we may be implementing an actual 'recycle bin' in some form or another into the control panel.

Now that i've been testing this on my own Forums, I assume that basically the Moderators/Admin "Delete" feature is basically void, because you actually won't be deleting anything, but instead, moving to a private Forum that is not accessible or visible to the general Membership, correct?

Correct.

However, moderators and admins are still able to delete threads by editing the first post, and selecting to delete from there.

Can't disable this in permissions, as your only option is to keep them from doing that to their own threads. This would be a nice feature to have, however...
