http://www.vbulletin.com/index.php appears to be Vbulletin's home page.
Was index.php generated by a normal part of Vbulletin, or something that's available at a reasonable cost? Or was it hand-coded?
Jack.

When you buy vBulletin forum software you only get the forum software - like used on this web site. The rest on our site is all inhouse developed and not for download or purchase. Sorry. A CMS appears to be in development, but no news or ETA on that.

:( Too bad. Is there a place where I can discover & examine enhancements or add-ons to vbulletin?

www.vbulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org)
This is the official sister site where volenteer staff and customers share their unofficial resources. Note that Jelsoft doesn't provide support for custom code.

Regarding "Official" sites- vbulletin.org and vbadvanced.com (correctly) indicate I'm unlicensed, and they limit my ability to learn about vbulletin.
But more important, these sites and perhaps others want me to furnish them with official vbulletin registration information.
How do I know who to trust?
And, isn't there a better way to verify license ownership?
Jack.

You aren't showing as licensed here either. You need to register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:
http://www.vbulletin.com/members/membersupport_priority.php
...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

Also, please be aware that only www.vbulletin.com, www.vbulletin.org, www.vbulletintemplates.com and www.vbulletin-germany.com are official sites.
