Lost admin status on import

I just tried to import my old UBB and had the paths wrong, then I went back to correct it, but now my admin account was wiped out (no members at all). Is there any other option besides using MyAdmin to fix this? I got MyAdmin installed, but when I load the config file, the text comes up in Japanese!

In the later full package ZIPs (1.1.3 onwards), there is a getadmin.php script in the extras directory that you can upload to get your admin rights back.
