License # & password doesn't work

I bit the bulletin and bought a license for vb to try it out and I received my license and passwords, but they don't work!

I get an "incorrect login" error.

How can I get this fixed?

Wow another UBB turned to trying out vBulletin! I bought my license last week, but am still just testing it out, importing UBB info, (trying) to add hacks :)

I saw another thread where a few people were having problems with thier username/passwords in the members area. Hopefully John will get this fixed up soon.

Don't worry, I had the same problem last night. Right after the transaction was completed I was sooooo eager to download the vb. And when I put in my license number and password, it said same thing, incorrect login. But I think the problem was fixed as I just accessed the members page. Try in an hour or so as I'm sure it will work for you, just be patient, as the product is well worth the wait!!!
