vBulletin is the coolest!

Okay, I know this "hack" isn't the most sophisicated, but coming from someone (me) who knows very little about PHP, I impressed myself. (with a little help from a PHP book)

I now have a link on my message board (for logged in users) which, when clicked, will pop open a new java loadpage window and auto connect the user to a "webmasters.com" conferenceroom chat. It's great. The user just clicks the "Chat Room" link, and they are immediately connected (using their vbulletin username) to the conferenceroom chat.

I LOVE THIS SOFTWARE!

webmasters.com conferenceroom chat. :D

They have a free "backpack" service that you can put the page on your site and they host the chat room on their IRC server.
