anyone no were i can download vBulletin Version 2.3.0.

grrrr do i really hav ta pay i dont have the money to im paying enough for other games taht my mom pays im only 13 and i barely can pay my school lunch

You need to pay for vBulletin to use it. I suggest if you want help starting a forum you go ask at theadminzone.com for help and suggestions :) (just not a free handout)

First lesson in life - don't go to a company's website to ask for a free copy of their commercial software. ;)

Please stop the bickering. Thread Closed. It is not that important. If someone uses a pirated copy of the software we will eventually find them.
