Hi .. recently our site had a licensing issue that needed to be resolved promptly! Unfortunately, the online system declined the credit cards used due to the country of origin. Ashley stepped up to the plate and did her best to resolve the situation promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.
International customers don't always get this level of pre-sales service from overseas based businesses, and I must say it was refreshing to see.

Thank you for posting your positive comments. I should add that we were hugely helped by your willingness to help us with the additional information that we requested.
btw I have been called many things in the past and "she" is one of the more polite ;)

Heck, my bank, Woodforest, rejects my debit card 3 or 4 times a month. This is not unique to me either.

my bank is run by morons i cant purchase anything in "common" countries like canada or the UK :mad:
