I had two questions/hypothetical cases.

CASE ONE:
I buy a leased version and after 3 months decide I want to move it to a new domain and erase the old one. Can you do that?

CASE TWO:
I buy a "owned" version and want to move it like the leased one. Can you do that?

You can do case one, but not case two.

During your leased ownership, you can change domains as many times as you want during your one year period

During your owned license, you can do the same thing, but for life. You can change domains as much as you want. However You can't demote your license, meaning change it from higher license to a lower license.

No i meant for case 2 changing domains as well - not demoting it ;)

Yea I think that should have solved your problem. You will be able to change domains in the control panel. Remember, one vB per domain.
