Hi...

I'm about 75% done translating Beta3 to Spanish. I'm modifying the "default" style/templates at http://vb.irc.cl
Although translating it has been a big effort, it has not been half as bad as I expected. The inly thing that got to my nerves is the Options bits. I had to translate about half a dozen times the same text (i.e. Automatically parse URLs). If I knew beforehad I'd create a template for each option, and bit it up. So, the suggestion is to make those as bits (just like the Disable Smilies in This Post).

Anyhow...on a not-se related note. I'm -so- much happier with vB than I was with UBB (at the end there I was almost miserable with it). So kudos to the developers and this great community.

ps. I'll make the style/template translation available when I'm done. If you want it right now, just e-mail me.

If you're translating things other than the templates (ie, some of the hardcoded values), you'll either have to release it hack-style or go through Jelsoft officially. You can email james@vbulletin.com about that.

I'm not touching the code at all. My suggestions where for future development (by you :)). This translation is just a straight style/template thing. I also had to strip down some images to make load faster (it is hosted in Chile...600ms satellite hop).
