Time Zones

Just a suggestion.

I have called in 3 times this morning trying to buy my software via Phone.
Everytime I call I am told a sales rep will be in at ? O'clock. Went from 7 - 8 - 9.

It is annoying when you wait one hour to the next not knowing.
I guess I should learn how to translate one zone to my my own. :eek:

Just mentioning this in case others are having similiar concerns.....

The sales lines are open from 9am to 5pm PST which is -8 GMT, it is currently 7:12am in that timezone :)

Also we do not take orders over the phone. If you want to place a credit card order, you can either do this online (the most secure and quickest method) or you can place an offline order, call a toll-free number, and leave your order and credit card info on a recorded message. Those orders are them processed manually - usually within 24-48 hours.
