I just recieved a phone call & someone will buy my VB for ME.
They do NOT use their Credit Card on the internet.
All they want to do is call in & pay & use all MY information on the ownership license.
Can I please get an email with ALL the instructions?
I am to forward the info to my friend & payment will be made tomorrow Morning. (Since no one is there now  ) Sorry, I am on cloud 9. (Almost happy enough to forgive Steve's ignorance in a different thread:cool: ) Having someone buy VB for me is like a starving man getting a prime rib dinner.

clicking on the purchase link at the bottom of the forums they have to choose witch version of licence they wish to give you. choose any "extras" they wish to or none at all. then near the end of the process they can choose what form of payment they wish to use.
i think you owe the support staff an apology for threatining law suits just bc they asked you to have your friend add you in for tech support. honestley you would have been denied your lawsuit for lack of merits. i know as i have a lawyer friend and he read that other thread.

This does NOT solve the issue of they will NOT pay on the internet & I had asked for help in an email.
I see your title as senior member & that is cool.
Your opinion of me making an apology are just that, YOUR opinion.
I am almost a customer & do you see an apology from them to me? Neither do I.

as for an apology from them i dont know what it would be for. i didnt see any wrong in them requesting your friend to add you in to priorty support to ask tech. questions that us LICENCED users had to do in order to get support.

After reading all your previous blatherings, I'd refuse to do business with you anyway. Jelsoft has been MORE than accomodating, and you don't have any right to demand anything.

If Jelsoft chooses not to do business with me, all they have to do is say so.
On the other issue, I will meet them half way.

Note, telephone and fax orders are for credit cards only. If he doesn't have a credit card and doesn't want to order through PayPal, then the other options are to pay by check or wire transfer. However both of these still require to enter an oder via the web page so you can get an order number to add to the payment.
