Can't access members Page

I just purchased the vbulletin software a couple of hours ago, got a license number, password. and receipt. But when I try to access the Members area it says invalid login. How long does it take after payment is received to access the Members area?

I believe the members area login is broken at this time and I am sure it will be fixed very soon.
