Transfering ubb board data question

My ubb board is on http://www.huntandlodge.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

My vbulletin board is on www.hunttalk.com/forums (http://www.hunttalk.com/forums)

import from the ubb to the VB like they are? or do I have to copy all ubb files to the hunttalk.com website and do them from thier?

Another Question
I am member #14 on the ubb board, when I setup the VB board I am number #1
will my number be back to #14 when I import files, if not can I make it so I am?

I add'd number #14 into the config.php file for admins in the VB board hopefully thinking ahead.

1. If both BBs are on the same server then the import will work. If not, then you will need to copy the UBB files to your vB server.

2. This will be merged into your vB user and userid number.

They are on the same named server.

Can I use the current ubb board or do I need to copy all the files to another dir.
should the ubb board that is being imported be turned off or can it be on?

I will of course back the ubb board up first.

Just so I dont have to ask you a million questions is there a page that is specifally for ubb importing?

If they are on the same server them what you need to do is make sure you use the correct paths to the UBB data on that server.

I'm not aware of any page that is specific to the UBB importer.
