how do i add users online to the header ?

Im wondering how i would go about to add users online to the header template ?

I yust want the 'Currently active users: 1 members 2 guests' to show.

I havnt been able to move the coding from the forumhome template to the header template. it wont show up anything ????

Is there nobody that knows how to do this ?
The sites that use it how did they got it up there ? randum fluke or something ?


Is it a phrase thing ? if ti is i guess i have to change it to global or something but how do i do that ?
