User option: Don't show smilies

The new 'low-bandwidth' options are REALLY cool imo, so maybe also add an option to not parse smilies...But tell me if I'm taking this too far...

Question though: Since users can disable [img] tags and it'll show up a link instead, does that also mean that the same thing happens now if the administrator has disabled images? So a link will be show instead of unparsed [img] tags?
