vB need a attachment prune feature

There needs to a feature were you can have attachments expire and delete themselves from the database, or an ability to prune attachments, or allow a certain amount of space to go toward attachments.

Users of my board are obsessed with attaching things and I'm fine with that, it's just those posts get buried deep into the forum within a day, and people arn't going to be downloading them later.

I second that, I've requested that a while back, but no one seemed to agree with me that it is indeed a necessary feature if you don't want to mess with your db yourself!

Actually you requested it a while back and were told that the attachment featureset would be enhanced in a future version.
